RETURNS:

Please call Customer Service at 1-800-882-9273 to speak to a representative if you require a return.

·         Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

·         Items must be returned within 7 business days of delivery.

·         Returns must be authorized by a Customer Service representative, and have the Tracking Number associated with the order.

·         All return orders are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee.

·         Non Refundable items include all Custom Items, Crystal, Acrylics, Plaques, and Engraving.

·         Shipping charges are non-refundable.

·         Please check your order for issues upon receipt.

·         All items must be returned in the condition they were received. (Please have photo documentation of awards ready to ensure condition.)

·         Return shipping is at customers expense.

ORDER CHANGES:

Order Changes are not available due to our fast processing time. Any additions must be done as a new order. Any new order charges will apply.
